Valkyrie's Page of Wonder - Personal Information

Heres a little information about me and what I like to do, so you can have a better understanding of where i'm coming from with some of my sayings and pictures and whatever else.

Me, Myself, and I

My name is Adrian Haager and I am a High School Graduate. My future plans are to attend college or tech school and major in Advanced Physics...not. I actually want to learn to fix computers and also learn about animation and art. I have a red Plymouth Breeze and I love it. I like to listen to music, chat with friends, go places with friends and basicly hang. If you feel the need to chat with me you can leave send me an Instant Message at ValkyrieAH. If i'm at my computer i'll respond, but lately I havent spent much time at my computer. My time has been spent with my fiance.

UPDATE: Went to college, stayed for a year and a half, left to come back to work in Augusta. Got married in November '02.

As you can tell by this website I like to draw. I also like to design webpages, which is why the entire site was designed by me. I worked hard on this site, so I dont appreciate people stealing my stuff. And if I catch you with my personal artwork without my permission I will kill you. But you should know better right? I work at RGIS Inventroy Specialties, making barely enough money to cover expenses. I have very little time to update this site, but I'll still try as hard as I can.

UPDATE: Will still kill you if you steal my stuff, but now I work for ComputerOne building and repairing new and used computers. Still no time to update the site.

Friends? I have friends?

I came to live where I am living now about 12 years ago. During that time I have made a few friends. Not as many as some because before I lived here I was an Army brat and traveled to different places every 3-4 years. So I didn't have time to make long lasting friendships. My high school friends included people you probably dont know but who I am going to list anyway. The first person I met and connected with when I came here was Derrick Smith. He lives down the street from me. He and I have become very close friends. The next person who I connected with lived next door and is named Tommy Lovelace. He and I had lots of fun when he lived there, but he moved to another place in Augusta, so it was harder to talk and play and stuff. We used to spend the night at birthday parties and stuff. We had a great time. He went to Lakeside, and I believe was on the wrestling team. Which is interesting because Evans and Lakeside have had a long time rivalry over the years. I never understood why so it didn't bother me.

Those two people are the people that made the biggest impact on me when I came here. There are several other people which include, Nathan LaForce, Aaron Hill, Nathan Jones and most of my 11th grade sunday school class.

My 11th grade Sunday School class was the bomb. Our teacher was Mr. Batson. He appeared on TV at least once talking about the company he worked for. He would bring cookies and stuff to class for us to eat and he made the lesson fun and enjoyable. We would have cookouts and football games over at his house. It was great. He moved to Atlanta a few years ago though, and it hasn't been the same with out him. Didnt go church for a while but have since started back at a differet church and am beginning to get involved in the church in the computer department.

I am married to the most wonderful person in the world, Ann Netzer. It has been over a year, since Nov 9, that we have been married. She is the bestest person in the whole wide world :)

Anime, College Friends, and Stuff

One thing I have picked up from my brothers is my love of japanimation, more commonly called anime. When I was going to the Anime Club meetings with my brother Doug, I met all his friends and they also became mine. They include, but are not limited to, Germaine Cahoon, Sam Howell, Chris Bolton, Jann Fogle, and many others.

Germaine was in Westside High School when I met her. She quickly become one of my favorite girl-type friends. She has her own website with pictures and stories and all that good stuff. Lupi's Heaven She is the person I took to my Junior Prom. We had lots of fun and all in all a great time. She has moved to Athens and is attending UGA. I didnt take anyone to my Senior prom, nor did I go, and from what i've heard it wasnt all that great anyway.

I do what in my spare time?

After watching lots and lots and lots of anime, I decided to draw using the anime drawing style. It didn't turn out quite how I planned but it has been great creating things. I think that is what I like most in my life, creating things. I have drawn plenty of pictures, most of which have been scanned in and posted on this site. I also wrote a story about the character Munch-Munch and am in the process of writing one about Valkyrie. Munch-Munch is one of my favorite characters I might add. She's right up there with Mamoru.

Other stuff I like to do, includes playing games(of course). I play games on my computer, online, on my PlayStation, Xbox, and so forth. One of the things which I have found to inspire creativity beyond imagination is Legos. My brother John, who is the oldest, had, at one point, a huge Lego space ship. I don't like huge ones cause they are harder to play with, so I have made several smaller space ships. One of which has stayed together for over 6 years now, a record i'm sure. None of the ships I make have directions. They are all results of creative thinking and maybe some inspiration.
